1-2-1 Yoga is an ideal way to get the very best out of Yoga- it enables the session to be tailored exactly to suit your needs, working within your own limits and comforts. Private sessions are great for individuals, small groups and couples whether completely new to Yoga or wanting to develop an existing practice. It is ideal for people with injuries or recovering from illness as the pace and focus of the class will be carefully adapted to your needs. To find out more please get in touch.

I contacted Annabel 5 months after having my little girl, I regularly practiced yoga previously and was keen to get back into it. The flexibility that one to one sessions provides really appealed to me. My husband also wanted to get back into yoga, as a keen cyclist he knew the benefits that yoga could provide to complement his cycling. 3 years later and we are still going strong! Annabel is a fantastic teacher, our sessions are fun and informative. The biggest benefit is that Annabel is able to tailor our classes to our needs, we can request to focus on certain areas or have a more relaxing class if needed. We really enjoy our private sessions and the benefits have been brilliant.
