On Sunday 26th April, when thousands would have been pounding the streets of London for the London Marathon, raising millions for charities I will be raising money for Hector’s House with a 2.6 hour Yogathon.
Hector’s House is a suicide and crisis prevention charity set up by the family of Hector Stringer who took his own life at just 18 years old.
As a parent with 2 young adult children I am more aware than ever of the support that is needed for teenagers and young adults.
The 2.6 Challenge was set up to help raise money for charities which will be affected by the ban on public events such as the London Marathon due to the current COVID-19 situation.
From 10:00 to 12:36 I’ll be streaming an all-levels gentle flow Yoga class via Zoom. You don’t have to do the entire class with me and can drop in or out as you please. Or if you prefer you can donate and sit back and relax - participation is not necessary! I kindly ask that you donate towards the class via the Charity Yogathon link in my Latest News tab
Thank you for your support
